SP201-SA™ Customization and Maintenance Guide

2.2.1 Guide to Software Configuration

Each software application converts between two protocols or rates, and

pairs each trunk using the first protocol or rate with a trunk using the second

protocol or rate. A trunk’s peer is the paired trunk using the other protocol

or rate. Table 2-3 and Table 2-4 show the SP201-SA default trunk pairing.

Note: In many commands, particularly the show commands (described in

Chapter 7, Maintenance and Troubleshooting), configuration shown for one

trunk assumes a corresponding configuration for the peer trunk.
